Mrs. Abney is married to Mr. Abney who teaches eighth grade. She has two children: one little boy and one little girl . Her son's name is Braxton and her daughter's name is Chole. She like's teaching seventh grade math. She also teaches seventh period art for both eight grade and seventh grade.

Mrs. Abney has taught at Moody for eight years. She has taught art for about four years. She was a Cheerleading coach for her daughter (Chole).
